There are a few times when I wonder when I first started playing a game (for example), but have no way to know the exact date. Is this data stored or am I out of luck?

Keys not counting on MacOS
Hi,
unfortunately WhatPulse has some tracking problems from time to time on MacOS (after Updates for instance).
If i notice it stopped counting, I usually disable and reenable WhatPulse in the accessibility settings window and it starts working again after a restart.
This time it did not work. I tried a lot: disable/reenable/restart in several combinations. I added it manually and when i tried letting it add itself automatically it resulted in an error message-box saying that i should do it manually. I also updated from 2.8.1 to 2.8.3.

Upload counter stuck at 0
Hi,
I'm running Windows 10/1803 patch, Whatpulse 2.8.3. For months & months already my upload counter is stuck at 0KB up. Downstream is being counted correctly, but upstream remains empty. Reinstalling the client / switching to a different endpoint name didn't seem to help.
Any suggestions?

Weekly emails showing 0-clicks for other users
Both me and friend have each other listed as having performed 0 clicks in this weekly email, while my dashboard shows and counts clicks just fine.

Reorder computers on profile?
It would be nice if we could reorder the computer listing as shown on the user profile, to move unused systems to the end.
Or, it could be ordered by "last pulse date" by default, that way that behavior is implemented without having to change anything except the query.
Or, what if there was an "archived" boolean on each computer? And archived computers appear at the end of the list.
Please let me know your thoughts.

Whatpulse crashes while in background or after waking up from sleep mode
When not doing anything on whatpulse it likes to crash and then use upwards of 15% cpu (while not crashed it uses at most 1%).
This seems to happen when the program has been running for a couple hours and thats all i really know
While whatpulse is crashed clicking its tray icon does nothing and the only way to fix it is close it from task manager and restart it.
1) Version 2.8.3
2) Windows 10 64 bit build 17134.167
3) i reinstalled winpcap but from looking at app.log it could be something to do with winpcap but im not sure
4) I am using an administrator account and whatpulse is started in administrator mode
5) No error messages
6) This issue seems to happen whenever whatpulse feels like
Im not sure where i should post app.log for only the staff so ask me or something

I've had a (minor) issue with the program that whenever I reboot Windows, the main window of Whatpulse opens, even when I've disabled that option (see attachment). To be clear: I want Whatpulse to start, just not have the window open when it does. I want it to stay in the tray.

Severe Error in the Database -> resetting stats?
Every once in a while, I come across an error in the software and it says something along the lines of severe error in the database and the stats could not be recovered. I always end up having my stats reset to 0 in the client, but not on the server. It's very annoying, is there any way I could get this to be fixed?

Under-reported Network Statistics
I am currentily using Whatpulse 2.83, and I have noticed that the bandwidth detected is much less than I have actually used, typically by several gigabytes. This was a much bigger problem with 2.7.1, but the new version is still acting up. I have found that restarting my computer helps for a time, but then the netowrk activity stops being logged properly.

Just received the weekly email and it has the wrong name and profile avatar on it.
Also noticed that friends' avatars are also defaults when I know they have something uploaded. I'll attach what I see.

Database backup?
Hello!
I just overclocked my PC and now it has some blue screens... Every time when I get a blue screen, the database and the backup getting corrupted. I cannot say when it ends so I want to backup the database by myself. Is it possible to copy the database and put it back after a crash?

Remove user from list
When clicking on a username in your followers list, you get a popup with the message
"Remove user from list?".
My expected behavior was that you get linked to the user stats.

I've tried installing the Whatpulse linux client on my main machine after switching to linux, after finding out all the dependencies(which were vaguely mentioned on their installation page) I ran the permissions setup, which has finished without any problems. Then there was the real kicker; running whatpulse. After running both the ubuntu and debian versions I only got an error window saying: "Couldn't find system tray, and I need that to run".
If anyone managed to get it set up, can you please share any information as to how to get it running, there were countless threads with no answer other than people reporting similar issues, that nobody developing has addressed.

"Error while pushing!"
I just noticed that I had 21k keys unpulsed which is weird since I've made WhatPulse pulse every 1000 keys. I haven't gotten this error message at any point when WhatPulse would have tried to pulse on its own. I tried pulsing manually but got this error. I haven't changed my password in a while, I'm still logged into the website, and I haven't gotten any emails requesting for a password change so this is really weird to me. I'm kind of bummed that I might miss 21k keys for some unknown reason.
Closing the program and starting it again doesn't do anything and neither does rebooting my computer.
Anyone else getting this error?

"Error: Wrong password!" upon pulsing, password not changed.
Hi,
Earlier when my client attempted to pulse, I'd get a message saying "Error: Wrong password!" but when logging in on the website, my password had NOT been changed, I could still log in on the website. Due to the unusual behavior, I decided to log in and change my password anyway, log out on the client, and log back in, this time it pulsed.
Has anyone else experienced this behavior before?
