Horrible icons on 3.0

I just installed the new 3.0 client, and this is what the icons look like:

Is there something that can be done about this? It kind of defeats the purpose of a new design.

I'm running WhatPulse 3.0 on Windows 10 (10.0.19042 Build 19042), on a 2560x1440 resolution with DPI scaling set to 125%.
