Internal server error while pulsing

Hi everyone. An error occured when i tried to pulse. How can i fix it ?
I tried to log out and log in, like this guy from this thread below but it didn't work.

1) version 2.1.1 Newest. Added screen below.
2) windows 8.1 64 bit
3) Yes
4) Yes
5) Look at screenshot
6) I dont remember when exactly this error occured and which applications were running.
7) Added
8) Log shows only actions from today so i guess no need to upload.
Sadly also i lost 250k clicks when i reloged
