The older a database is, the more often Whatpulse crashes, usually crashing when it tries to pulse, or when pulsing manually.
I have a somewhat new database from April this year, on a new laptop. It crashes after every pulse now so it's unusable. It started doing it today, I'm unsure if it has anything to do with the 2.8 update, as I think it crashed a few times before the update as well, but who knows.
It's happened before the update multiple times anyway, I have to reset the database and reconfigure my geek window/settings after about half a year or so.
I have uploaded the database Here.
I will now answer the sticky questions:
1. Whatpulse 2.8
2. Windows 10 Pro x64
3. Winpcap is properly installed
4. I'm using an administrator account with run as administrator inside Whatpulse checked.
I can post my app.log file if requested.
Edit: Even with a new database it seems that Whatpulse still crashes at times and is brought back by the watchdog, but this is probably related to the 2.8 version and unrelated to my original issue. I will probably have to revert to a previous version if this persists.
