I'm not pulsing anymore

Hi & Thanks for taking the time to read this guys,
I meant to post this like 2 months ago lol. I have the latest version of WP installed, just for some reason it isn't pulsing/accumulating when i hit pulse, and IDK why so i'm here asking for help Please!
I can pull up more pics of my WP if needed, also I have it set so that it "loads on computer startup" which is fine, but when I do that it still says "Allow this program to continue?" and I was just wondering why that is also.
